1906 Cadillac Notes
- The president of Cadillac was C. A. Black.
- There were 509 units of Model H produced and 2150 units of the other models
- The purge of Alanson Brush design features was started.
- The mixe and variable inlet valve opening were no longer used on four-cylinder Cadillacs.
- The real start of the purge was the design of the Model G for 1907.

- Vehicle production increases to 33,200 cars and 800 trucks
- The Marmon uses an aluminum body
- Several makes begin using a six-cylinder engine
- Ford scoops the market with its low-priced ($500-$600) Model N which could reach 72 km/h
- Ford’s Model K ($2500) could do 97 km/h (60 mph)
