Introduction

The 1984 Firebird’s appearance was similar to the 1983 version and came in three models

  • That power plant replaced the former crossfire fuel-injected V-8.
  • It was rated for 190 hp at 4800 rpm and produced 240 lb-ft of torque.
  • Standard five-speed manual transmission and 3.73:1 axle ratio.
  • 0-60 mph in 7.2 seconds and quarter mile in about 15 seconds.
